Mr. Muhammad Omar has experience in the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited as an investor for the last 40 Years He has held various board position at multinational organizations in the past. He is also the Founding Member of COMMECS Institute of Business Education ( as well as founding trustee of the COMMECS Educational Trust. Mr. Omar has an excellent understanding of corporate governance and operational issues because of his outstanding academic background, which includes a B Com, LLB, and LLM.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree with honors in Management and Systems and Masters of Science in Investment Management from The Cass Business School, London, United Kingdom Mr. Abdul Wahab has been involved in the capital markets in Pakistan, since 1999 and has been instrumental in establishing the corporate portfolio investments in the equity markets.
